Sizes & Arrangement of Rooms in Ground Floor<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Let’s start from the parking in ground floor. <\/strong>Parking space in the ground floor is located in North East corner with the size of 17’4″x18’6″, Living Room of size 14’x22′ is located in North side of the house, <\/strong>Staircase is located in south side of the house Which is in between bedroom and dining Hall, Master bedroom of size 12’x12′ is located in South West corner with an attach \u00a0toilet of size 9’7″x6′ which is located in almost North West corner, Kitchen of size 12’x7’6″ is located in South East corner. <\/p>\n

Setbacks in Ground Floor:<\/em> <\/strong>3′ wide setback is provided in North side, 2’6″ wide setback is provided in West side, In the south side also a setback of 2’6″ is provided, In the east side which is in the front, 5′ wide space left in front of kitchen.<\/p>\n

Sizes & Arrangement of Rooms in First Floor<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

First floor is having One Master bedroom of size 16’x12′ located in South West corner With an attach toilet & Dressing Room of size 10’x5’6″ & 10’x6’2″ Respectively, Located in North West corner, Living room of size 14’x16′ located in North side of the house, A sit out of size 14’x13’2″ is located in North East corner, another Master Bedroom of size 12’x17’6″ is located in south east corner with an attach toilet of size 7’6″x5′ which is located in South side of the house.<\/p>\n

Setbacks in First Floor:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Same sizes of setbacks are provided in first floor too, except the east side where there was parking in ground floor, here it is a living room in first floor and complete 5′ wide setback is provided in front side i.e. east side <\/p>\n
